My 1st plane ride...

Well we made it and are back in Minnesota for the time being...Mackenna and I made the plane trip, while Daddy and Grandpa Mack made the dreadful 19 hour drive with the cars and U-Haul. We all made it safe, so that's all that matters.

Mackenna was amazing on the plane...we had the bulkhead window seat and thankfully, the middle seat was never taken, so she got her own little seat! She slept through take off and once in the air, I put her blanket down and she slept for awhile and was just looking like a little angel! Then when she woke up, she was smiling and looking around at everything, especially the light from the window. On the way down, she cried, but only for about 5-10 minutes...she truly was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

Since we've been home, she's met so many people and had some very eventful days. The past few days, we've been trying to get her on a schedule, which has been interesting, but each day is getting a little better. She may or may not be a little spoiled, LOL!

2 months old!

Mackenna is 2 months old!!!!!

She had her 2 month shots yesterday and although it was tough on her parents, she did amazing!!!!! She cried as she was getting them, but then afterwards, she was a rock star...had one bout of fussiness in the afternoon and a little rough evening of sleep, but nothing compared to some of the horror stories we heard!!!

She's come so far...smiling, cooing, recognizing voices and faces, it's just amazing and she's so fun to be around!

We can't wait for everyone to meet her and see this happy little girl!
